    2. We also use a cloud computing system called Proclaim Compact to manage our client matters. The Compact is hosted and fully managed within a private cloud platform within the infrastructure of IBM’s Tier 4 fully resilient data centres.
    3. We will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information that is transferred from you or to you via the internet.

    1. You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. The request is free unless it is unfounded or excessive. We will respond to the request in 1 month.
